ブルックリン・イーストウィリアムズバーグに位置する「ワンダリング・バーマン」は、ボトルカクテルブランドからブルックリン初のカクテル・ブルーパブへと進化した新しい空間である。建築家 ハリー・ヌリエフ（Crosby Studios） とデザインスタジオ Team とのコラボレーションによって設計された465㎡の空間は、テイスティングルームと製造エリアを一体的に構成し、丸窓越しに両者が視覚的につながるようデザインされている。バーカウンターには40本のカラフルなタップが並び、機能と造形が一体化したアイコンとして空間にリズムを生む。背面に設けられた巨大なライトボックスは、オレンジの光を透過する温室パネルで柔らかく拡散し、カクテルに含まれるフルーティー、フローラル、ウッディな香りを光とテクスチャーで体現している。

Located in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, The Wandering Barman marks the transformation of a bottled cocktail brand into a new typology — the city’s first cocktail brewpub. Designed in collaboration with architect Harry Nuriev of Crosby Studios and the design studio Team, the 465㎡ space merges a public tasting room with an adjacent production area visible through a circular interior window. Within the bar, forty colorful taps line the counter, serving as both functional elements and visual statements. The monumental lightbox installation behind them floods the space with an orange haze, softly filtering through translucent greenhouse panels. Inspired by the fruity, floral, and woody notes of the cocktails, the lightbox translates flavor into atmosphere — making the brand’s identity perceptible through light and texture.
